The individual constellation provides a one-to-one setting with you and the constellator to work on your individual topic. While we generally recommend attending a live seminar, it may be appropriate to augment or follow-up on your topic with an individual session.
Generally, we work on a given topic to find a solution which evolves. In most cases this does not require a lengthy series of consultations. This is a unique characteristic of the systemic constellation work. Though if you would like to further explore a situation or a complex issue, you may want to consider this during the seminar or webinar series or to schedule an individual appointment.
Frequently asked questions about individual constellations
What is it?
The individual work during a constellation is a one-to-one private consultation. In this setting you participate as an individual client. In other words: there are no other clients or attendees present – only you and the constellation facilitator.
What are typical situations?
Typical settings include
- family and relationship issues
- professional challenges and personal career choices
- leadership development
- organisation challenges
- ancestor relationships
There is no limitation on the topic. Please be informed that the individual work and the group work is not a form of therapy and does not replace the consultation with your primary care provider or therapist.
Where will the consultation take place?
The consultation can take place in different settings for example:
- In person on your premises. This is suitable for leadership and organisation constellation.
- In combination and adjacent with one of our group seminars.
- Online via Skype or other online conferencing software.
Please contact us to schedule your appointment.
How does the consultation work?
Similar to the group work the first step is to clarify your personal issue which you would like to explore and address.
The next step is to explore the situation. This can be done for example through a guided meditation and by using tools for a constellation. In a constellation we are choosing representatives for the persons who are involved. In a private one-on-one setting we are using tools for this, such as objects representing the person, a board with figures or an online software which will contain the relevant representatives.
In an online consultation we are using a special software which allows the constellator to set up the constellation together with the client. You can receive these images after the constellation for your reference.
Individual work versus group seminar
We generally recommend attending an live seminar. This provides a rich and comprehensive experience for all participants.
As we are working with people, relationships and representatives in a given systemic field, it is desirable to join the seminar and work on your topic in this setting.
Individual requests for a constellation can be raised during the seminar or submitted before the seminar.
