How can Innovation and Renewal succeed?
We encounter renewal and innovation is many areas of life: job, personal development, family and couple relationships and of course in organisations. Often we sense the time for a change, a new idea or a next step. Though it is not always easy. We find ourselves entangled and unable to move or to see the solutions.
The questions include many areas such as:
- Can a new idea succeed?
- How to start in a new position?
- How to resolve conflict in organisations?
- Which career path to choose?
- Is it time to move on or give it another try?
- Should I step up as a manager or remain an individual contributor?
- How to transition into a new role and how to safeguard the firm or organisation?
