About me and my work
In this section I would like to provide more information about myself, my work and professional training.
In my work I am combining several approaches and in depth training as well as practical experiences from my work in leadership positions, as mentor, coach and facilitator.

Also, I would like to explicitly state that my work as a system constellator does not represent a therapy and does not replace the work of a physician, primary care provider or therapist. The systemic constellation does not represent a medical, therapeutical consultation or treatment of any kind. The participant is solely responsible for participation in individual sessions, consultations, seminars and online courses. In the systemic work and constellations I am combining several approaches depending on the issue and topic:
- The classic approach in family constellations.
- The new family and organisation constellation according to Bert and Sophie Hellinger and
- The spirit mind constellations.
- Structure constellation and visualisations.
- Working with representatives, the client directly and board figures or other means.
- Online and software based visualisations tools.

The working approach always depends on the situation, the setting, participants and first and foremost the topic and issue. It also depends on the degree of familiarity, experience and openness of the participants and the client.
My main working languages are English and German. I welcome and appreciate different dialects. In the following language I have a base level: Spanish, Italian, French and limited Czech.
My first experience and encounter with the system work goes back to the year 2002 and the first seminar with insights from Bert Hellinger, the founder and pioneer of family constellations, and his wife Sophie Hellinger. During that time I learned both the depth and far reaching consequences and impact of the work as well as the responsibility which goes along with it. Therefore, I embarked on a long journey in order to learn the family constellations during formal training and experiences “direct from the source” from Bert and Sophie Hellinger.
During my professional career I worked with employees and leaders in international organisations and diverse teams, in small and starting organisations as well as large multi-national organisations. My responsibilities included executive leadership of large organisations with several thousand employees in different countries. Therefore, I am familiar with the leadership challenges in large organisations as well as the perspectives of being an employee.
In the course of this work within and with organisations and their leaders I notices a widespread gap in terms of experience and “system / systemic leadership” skills, with severe consequences both for the leaders / managers as well as for the employees and other stakeholders. This applies to the movement of the spirit mind and soul of individuals and organisations as well as the dynamic of change processes.
My work is dedicated to the people in these situations, settings and challenges. And I enjoy working with next generation leaders as well as executives, managers, entrepreneurs and policy makers.
My formal education in systemic family and organisation constellations is based on intensive formal training and supervision by Bert Hellinger, Sophie Hellinger and the lecturers of the Hellinger® lebenSchule. At the Universitée Européenne Jean Monnet I completed my Diplome with hornors (cum laude) about the topic: “What moves Renewal?”.
At Worcester Polytechnic Institute, USA, I studied System Dynamics Modeling and completed a Master of Science Degree. This work and skills gave me a new way of working with dynamics of change and “systemic Leadership”, which I am teaching and applying in my seminars and courses.
